Ok, so, I am going to try and see if i can get this to work.
I am 8 weeks into my program and am down 18lbs and 29.5 inches. I found my work photo ID in my desk drawer yesterday, and the photo is just 3 months old, so before I started loosing weight.
I couldn't BELIEVE the difference I could see in my face!! It was insane!!
So, of course, I just HAD to share!!

thanks! I am doing a program called Thin and Healthy through a local Superfitness Gym. They put you on a meal plan that has different phases... Intro, Fast, Phase 1, 2,3 and 4. You stay on a meal program as long as you are loosing at least 2lbs a week. Once your weight loss slows down even the tiniest bit, they bump you to the next phase. I meet with a coach every Monday and Friday, and those are my weigh-in days. Then,every other Monday I also have my measurements taken. The entire program is about what food you are eating, how to flush out the bad and get lean simply off of eating right, drinking all of your water, etc. I honestly have worked out probably 10 or less times in the last two months, all of this has been from eating right! Though, I do notice that I loose quicker on the weeks that i've worked out, no big shocker there! haha.
this program is perfect for me because i do have the ability and time to make my meals and with a desk job, i pack my lunches daily. I don't, however, enjoy working out in the slightest bit! there's where I have always missed the mark, not lost weight, and gave up. if i miss some days, i don't have to beat myself up! it's been tremendous for me :happy:0 -

I love it. My work badge's photo is also from before I started.... pretty close the my highest ever weight. It's really nice to have it hanging around my neck so I can quickly and easily look at why I'm eating healthy and working out. Motivation is always close at hand with this badge. Some day, when I finally get to my goal weight, maybe I will ask for a new badge. But I don't know, this might be a good reminder to keep forever.0
