You eat wrong and you will be a friend to the bathroom. My daughter tried it and sure it cleans you out......0

I'm sure I'd weigh another 20 # without it...I only have had that "negative bathroom experience" if I take it and eat half a large pizza or some other hugely greasey food. I'm hoping they don't pull it off the market as there's people pushing for that:grumble:0

Agreed. Go over you fat intake in the slightest and it is bad news. I would say avoid it if possible unless you can be pretty strict about staying within the limits.0 -
There's no quick fix. Just stick with a healthy eating and exercise program...stick by your motivators and support on MFP..and work, work, work at it!0

I tried it and did not really experience any extra weight loss. BTW, the fat limits that they recommend are not to exceed 15 g per meal, which is really what you should be aiming for *anyway* if you're trying to lose weight.0

I know it seems funny, but I'm dead serious when I tell you never trust a fart on this stuff. I'll spare you the horror of the most embarrassing moment of my life, but do some major research before you start taking it. Just sayin'.0

Awful! I have used Alli and Xenical (the proper stuff, as prescribed by my GP). Terrible experience - avoid IMHO!0

Agree with all the others ..I haven't lost not even 1gr but I had all the discomfort..eat well and do some sport I have now lost 14 Kg0

I used it. It is a GREAT tool to teach you how to pick the right foods to eat. Until you learn you should know the bathroom WILL be your friend...NEVER assume you have gas either. The plus side is you do lose MORE weight adding this to your diet and exercise program! I am about to start it again.0

Awesome! If you've tried this stuff you'll know exactly what koondoggie_99 is talking about! :laugh:0 -
I took it awhile back and never had any negative bathroom experience but I didnt notice a significant enough benefit to justify the cost.0

*like* don't waste your money on quick fixes0 -
i used this 2009 and i lost 30lbs. you only have bad bathroom experiences if you eat wrong. i never had a problem. if youre going to eat terrible food (like i did once- dominoes pizza) then dont take the pill that time. it was incredible. i dont know if i could've lost that much weight by myself (especially because at the time i had to train myself not to eat fatty foods). I'm actually about to go to the store to buy some today to help me lose the weight im trying to lose now.0

Wow, I already have bathroom troubles...don't need anything adding to it. I'm not looking for a quick fix or anything...I'd gotten a coupon for $8 and was just curious.0

Yes and I lost 27lbs with it a couple years ago, and I am thinking of doing it again. What I like about it, is that you very aware of what you put in your mouth, and if it's wrong then you will be in the bathroom. Basically it is trying to teach you to eat right.Has/does anyone use Alli? I was thinking about trying it.0
