  • Thanks... I change my goal to my TDEE- 20% which leaves me at 1938. Seems so high but I am starting to understand how not fueling your body can hurt you.   • I'm so with you.. chocolate/sweets are my weaknesses as well! It's so hard living with my parents who constantly have cookies, pies, ice cream, exc. in the house. I'm doing my best and working myself like crazy, we will all get results and we can all keep pushing each other. You ladies keep me working hard! Keep it up!
  • I also do insanity in the morning and then do my jogs in the afternoon. I usually only do a 2-3 mile run a few times a week, definitely not everyday or log runs while doing insanity though, its crazy intense some days. I also mix in yoga and strength training at night other days.

  • My first meal is usually between 730-830 am and its almost always shakeology right now. I try to eat 5-6 small meals (around 300 calories) a day.
