I went on the depo shot 4 years ago. I gain 30lbs in 3 months. Dr kept telling me it was water weight and it would go away. Well it has not! I have tried everything.

yes i have a straw in my cup and i do agree for some reason it does help. I want to thank all of you for some great ideas. i may try the fruit juice idea.
