  • Did a 7km run this morning followed by 45 min of swimming in the lake....SOOOO COLD but so AWESOME!

    60 minutes on the treadmill at 4.5% incline at 3mph...burned 443 calories

    70 minutes cycling, involving hills and a rather long bridge called the itchen bridge ( look it up, lol).
    Also, some walking.

    Today I did 30 minutes of lifting (back) and 45 minutes of power walking.

    8 mile run through the woods today! First time I have run on a trail instead of a treadmill or the road...Super difficult!

    Shooting photos of properties. Yeah, I'm all sorts of exciting.

    Although I always kind of want to do the Austin Powers "....and I'm spent!" thing and toss my camera over my head as I leave each house. But then I'd need a new DSLR. And I'm just not that rich.

    3.4m run ... finally back to it after about a month with a knee injury ... felt great! Pushing my daughter in the chariot and being tailed by my son on his bike ... good times :)

    Well, I ran 8 miles yesterday, so I think today is just a light stretching and yoga/pilates day. I was planning on lifting, but I'm still kind of sore, so I'm thinking that's not a good idea.

    1 mile fast-paced run, then 60 min spin class, which also happened to be mainly sprints today. I can't move, but in a good way

    Yep, way more difficult but so much more interesting. Just watch out for roots, rocks and wildlife. Hope you enjoyed it and will make it a regular workout.

    Today was beastly. We're in the midst of moving, so I spent a few hours carting boxes and clothes up and down steps. I also went to the gym for a hour of cardio, followed by 60 minutes of aqua jogging. I = tired.

    - 30 minutes of competetive table tennis
    - 15 minutes of solor tennis (hitting tennis ball against the wall)
