    7 mile run early this morning. When I say early, I mean 4:15 ( not by choice). Once I was out, I was feeling it, so I thought, "What the hell" and threw in some hill intervals as well.

    I've got a 75 minute jazz + tap class in an hour. Normally on a Tuesday I also have 30-40 mins of walking, but this week I get to see my 8 year old doing his tap + jazz class, too.

    When I get off work I'll do W4D2 of Ease into 5k (I'm nervous, LOL). I also do a little bit of strength training and crunches first thing in the morning and then in the evening, daily.
