I've wore the same pant size no matter what my weight! When I weighed 142.5lbs throughout high school I wore size 13. When I weighed my highest weight at 178lbs I also wore size 13. I actually can't remember the last time I wore pants smaller than 13. My hips are baby making hips.

It's hard for me to tell because I kept losing weight/gaining weight on and off. I had really bad eating habits though, which I'm still trying to fix. I'm just an inch taller and currently I weigh 169.5lbs and my long term goal is to hit 130lbs. As long as you're in a healthy BMI, you'll be just fine. :)

Thank you for posting this! I always get discouraged by what the scale tells me. I used to weigh myself everyday and it drove me nuts. I would go up a lb or two and then feel awful about it, which would lead to comfort eating later, which would actually lead to weight gain. Now I only weigh myself on Wednesdays, it's less…

I was also wondering the same thing. I consistently go over my sugar goal and usually my carb goal as well.
