I also walk around the fields during my son's soccer practice. Maybe you can take a quick walk during your lunch break? I wake up at 5:00 each morning so that I can get my work out in before I have to wake the kids up for school. But, Wow!! you have a busy schedule!

Same here!! I've been having a cup of half-caff coffee with a tablespoon of peppermint mocha creamer. It's not a healthy choice, but it's only 35 calories. It's hot and yummy and helps me to feel full and satisfied for a while.

Oat bran is my favorite. I'm not much of a cereal eater anymore, but if I was going to eat a cold cereal it would be Cinnamon Chex. That stuff is so good.

Yes! This has become a recent problem for me, too. Bloating, cramps, gas, etc. It took me a while to figure out it was dairy, because I've never had a problem with it before. My sister had half of hers removed. I don't remember exactly, but I'm thinking recovery was about a week. She doesn't need any meds and her metabolism is the same as before. Good luck!!
