For me if I eat too far under my goal I get a "You're not eating enough" speech, but if I'm at or above I still get it... did you eat under?

Thanks everyone! I work out at home right now so the only one that would give me a hard time about using a pad would be my husband or my 5 year old and the list of things they give me a hard time about is huge so that would be the least of my worries :)

Yup.. too high. I did a forum search and found another person with a similar problem and someone posted a super helpful and informative and really long video that explains everything. Just tried the position they demonstrated and it's SO MUCH BETTER. Gah, I'm such a newb. :)

Also, measure and take pictures! When ever I step on the scale and see I have gone up, I'll take some pictures and compare them to my start.. always makes me feel much better to see that my butt is tighter and my abs are starting to show... :) You'll be able to see the difference and it will make you feel Amazing!

I'm about 5'5 CW - 152 GW - 135 or maybe 130. I just want to get below 140 and then I'll see how I look/feel. I want to get back into lifting and wish I could be a farmer again.. Those days I weighed quite a bit but was super skinny, it was just a lot of muscle.

yeah, I usually run in shorts so there's not even any material on my legs. I think it's just because I'm allergic to running.. lol it's not my strong suite by far. So glad to know I'm not a crazy person that just imagines it. Because I was pretty sure that's what it was. :)
