Does anyone else get itchy??
Not in a gross way.. I just notice that when ever I am jogging after a little bit I start to get all red and itchy in the areas that have a little extra padding. Love handles and thighs mostly. What's up with that? It's only when I jog though. Does this happen to anyone else?

How does strength training count against calories?
Does it even count against calories? I'm guessing that you've got to be burning something by lifting and such, but I noticed that MFP doesn't count anything towards calories for it? Can you count calories burned from strength training as actual calories burned?

What do you do on your rest days?
So I'm on day four and today is my birthday. I was planning on making this a rest day. My recommended calories is 1280 a day (I'm 5'5 and about 155 lbs goal is to loose about 25 lbs).
