Hey There

Hi! I'm a 31 year old mother of two. A five year old girl and a 2 year old boy. I've always been a farm girl so growing up I was in killer shape. After my second kid we moved away from the farm life and the baby weight didn't melt off like with the first one. I had success with the INSANITY work out videos (I have no will power, I don't diet) but I got bored of those routines and barely finished the 60 days ( I think I made it to 45 but then life got in the way and I forgot about it) When I went back to work I got free meals at McDonalds and after about three months of that I noticed my pants no longer sagged off my hips, but were kinda hard to do up. I started to try INSANITY again, but just couldn't bring myself to do it on a regular basis (nor could I find the time with two kids and a full time job), and I hated every minute of it when I did do it. So I've decided to try this route. I think that keeping track what I put in and what I burn is going to be very helpful for me.
I'm now stay at home so the Mc meals have all but disappeared, and I am finding the time to run around the back yard with the kids for 20 minutes or so a few times a day. I'm 5'5 roughly and currently weigh around 155. My goal weight is 140 or 135 (which is what I've weighed pretty much my whole life) but I basically just don't want to jiggle when I walk anymore. I realize that now that I'm 30 and had two kids I'll probably never have my 18 year old body again, but I sure as hell am going to try!
