Just popping in to say the weight fricken melted off when I first went vegan. Then I learned how to make rich sauces from nuts and learned to love hummus and avacado and boom the creep up started creepin! Lololol so it goes!

Great insight! Yes, this should only be a shocking amount of fibrous foods for people coming off a highly processed diet! I took it as a thought experiment as well, as in, this would be such a step up in nutrition for most people it would throw a wrench in the whole healthcare system and logistical food chain.

Haha I want some "petty" friends. Getting lean for health has never been motivational to me. I want to look good and literally be just a bit stronger and healthier than the average person. I suspect finding a way to be just above average than the masses in many areas of your life is a trick to head in the right direction…
