My goals are: Be back in the shape I was in 2 years ago after completing P90X Run a 5K without having to walk any Fit into all the size 2 pants in my closet with the tags still on them :tongue: I WILL DO THIS!!!

I am just in day 2, planning on doing 2 a day workouts throughout the program. I find that phase 1 day 1 and 2 are fairly easy, I am using 5 lb weights.......I know this is just the beginning and I will wish for the easier routines later in the program!! I do not plan to do the Cardio DVD's every night because I will get…

I started day 1 today, and plan on doing 2 a day workouts throughout the 90 day program. I completed P90X 2 years ago and am hoping to get the same results, unfortunately, I gained back all the weight I had lost........so having to start over again :(

I am also starting the program today. I am not going to follow her food plan because I am very picky and do not eat many vegetagles or fruit. I do plan on sticking with1200 calories a day. I also plan on doing 2 a day workouts throughout the 90 days!!
