I finished all 3 books in less than a week, I loved them. It has LOTS of graphic sexual scenes in the book but basically it is about a billionaire with a dark past who meets a young innocent girl (you will have to read the book to see how it turns out)! We call it Mommy Porn :)

I am also trying to give up "bad" sugar, it is extremely hard and my body has been screaming for it. Gonna be tough but I know it is better for me.

If it is what I am thinking, they are VERY hard......they were in one of the 90X workouts but I think you just held one leg up for a while then switched to the other leg.

My calorie burn is typically low, the highest so far between workouts 1-4 has been 165. I work very hard during these workouts so I guess some are able to burn more than others! Really sucks for me though, I have to workout twice as hard to burn big numbers :(

I sweat like crazy during her workouts, but I sweat easily though!! I have heard that it is good to sweat, guess I need to do a little research on this!
