Lack of Stretching/Warm-up in BR!
Does anyone else think that Jillian does not do adequate stretching/warm-ups? I do body revolution in the morning and feel that I am not very stretched when she starts the workouts. Low/High setting for HRM?
What is the best way to set limits on a HRM? Should I set the low at 60% and the high at 80%? I am 46 and female.
