I joined earlier today! I'm very excited about doing this. I am cofined to a wheelchair with a brain injury,it's been 6 years. Although I've struggled with being fat my entire life it's at it's worst now.
I would love friends and supports out here. :smile:

    Hi Lauren I'm Kathi. I would love to be your friend. I am not in a wheelchair but do have limited mobility and am trying to lose lots of weight without being able to exercise much. It can be done. Anyone can add me as a friend.
