I also did well on our challenge, and was happy with it. As for the physical challenge I am already making myself work out every day. I need to challenge myself to a day off (lol). I will be challenging myself to Work out on the holiday itself instead of sitting around eating junk all day.

That sounds like a good challenge. So, for three days straight snacks are fruit and vegetable? Should we make it more interesting and do it on the weekend when I eat the most junk?

Same here. I am told that I'm not losing weight because muscle weighs more than fat. The inches coming off show that I'm doing something right
