  • Agree with the others... There is no reason for that. I've had to do group projects before... If nothing else works out after you explain how you feel, just turn yours in, and see what the teacher says. Are you doing online classes?

  • As others have said, I would aim for 2,000 mg, unless you have high blood pressure. If so, I would try for 1,500 mg. I don't think everyone with high blood pressure is affected by sodium, but most are. I find it hard to stay under 2,000 mg, but I try the best I can.   • The most I've ever weighed is 296 about a year ago. I made some small changes, and dropped pretty quickly to 260-ish. I still have a long way to go.
  • - Cottage Cheese and Tuna, as well... Yuck. - Pineapple and pears - Not sure if eggs are considered "healthy", but I can't stand them, unless it's baked into something I generally love veggies though!
