  • I'm in the same boat, and my BF (a doctor) gave me a great line: "You're not going to get to your goal in one day, and by the same token you're not going to sabotage your whole game in one day either" Pretty sound thinking, except for the part where we mentally sabotage ourselves for "cheating".
  • Whew - good thread! As a newbie I have been having the same issue with my multi-ingredient salads. It takes longer to add every little ingredient than it does to make it and eat it! I ended up using a generic salad entry and entering the dressing or proteins separately.

  • This is only my third day but last night I pre-logged my morning for today and it's a HUGE help! Especially when I was half asleep and thinking what to do for breakfast.... it was all spelled out and almost like having someone else do the thinking for me.   • Nibbled on a (normal) serving of Special K cinnamon/pecan dry cereal last night - that actually satisfied the hand-to-mouth craving and did the trick! AND passed up a beer, so altogether I'm feeling all holy and ****......... 3 days down; 8,417 to go.....
