  • yeah i'm exactly the same way. i refused to buy fat clothes, i just kept trying to squeeze into clothes that were way too tight. i'm just happy that i can fasten them now without all the effort lol
  • yeah i'm going to start it tomorrow! i'll be here to motivate
  • be careful on the pull-ups one i tore my shoulder with that one haha. best of luck to you ! i'm gonna start it again this week too
  • hahaha omg that's funny :)
  • that's great! its funny how if you try even a sip after you've quit it just doesn't taste as good as it used to.
  • I know what you mean! I did the same exact thing, I always told myself okay, i'm never gonna let myself weigh more than 160, 170, 180. and once I weighed 185 (as much as my bf) I knew it was time for a change. You know what I would suggest for you is try to plan a small trip or something that you want to look good for.…
  • if you get too hungry between meals just drink water and try to find something to keep your mind busy. don't think about eating just try to stay distracted, meal time will come before you know it. good luck!
  • i've been losing about 3 lbs a week for about 2 months. i was about 40 pounds overweight though, so if you don't have too much to lose it may be harder. what i do is run about 3-6 miles 5 days a week and do some p90x. i also watch what I eat and maintain my calorie goal. drink lots of water and make sure you're weighing…

  • Hey thank you guys for the suggestions! I'm excited to start. And I believe ill have to run about 7 or 8 miles on a mountain. It's supposedly a really challenging race. It makes me nervous but I think I can do it, I cant let my older brother beat his little sister haha
  • i started to notice a difference after about 2 weeks. my pants weren't super tight anymore and my stomach looked smaller. for some reason i don't think my measurements have changed too much yet but i'm sure that will come after some excercise. i've lost 18 lbs so far from cutting calories and eating healthy.
  • yeah i'm obsessed with it too haha but i think it's good to pay attention at first so you learn what you can eat. after you get used to eating less and healthier you won't need to think about it so much. i try to keep the end result in my mind all day so i don't over eat. just keep yourself busy working out and having fun,…

  • i know how you feel but don't give up. you really need to count the calories you are eating everyday and see if that is on par with your recommended amount. i've been very strick with my diet and have seen results but it just takes some time. also try to workout because that helps sooo much with depression.
