I'm 5'4 my goal weight is 150lbs. I see most people say 110-120lbs but I have thick thighs, which I love, and don't want to lose them.

my cravings have kind of stopped also. I use to crave wendys like crazy, now not so much. It sort of went away for me. Hopefully it stays that way (fingers crossed!)

I love working nights for this reason. I can't just overeat because our cafe closes early and I'm too busy at work. But on my days off I don't late night eat because I track my food early that day so I feel obligated to go by exactly what I said I would eat. Works for me #shrugs

I don't eat back my burned calories but I'm going to start eating back atleast half. If I only eat 1,200 cals a day and burn around 4-500 well thats unhealthy. I'd say eat some back atleast.

My cherry yogurt is my treat everyday, but as far as a cheat meal, I have 1 every 1st of the month. It's something to look forward to and I only replace one meal that day, not a cheat day but a cheat meal.

I'm 224 and 5'4 my goal weight is 150. The lowest I remember being was 170 which didnt look bad on me but I think I want to be 150 because I really dont want to lose all of my hips. When I get there i'll change it as I see fit.

how is that severe? MFP tells me to only eat 1200 a day because I'm not very active at work (a sit all day job). I'm not starved either.

cut out unhealthy foods and count calories and you might be able to lose that. BTW someone busier then you finds time to workout. You'll either make a way or make an excuse.

once you have enough control to go back to your healthy eating after your cheat day then yay but until then nay. I came up with a plan of once a month on the 1st and I only have a cheat meal that day not a full cheat day. Still log your cheat day also.
