What is a snack that I can eat and will fill me up with only a few calories?

Water, or another beverage of choice (works for some). If you must have something these are my go to snacks: pop-chips, oranges, peaches, frozen fruit with cool whip, broccoli with cheese, popcorn, string cheese, and the list goes on and on.0

Do you not have any calories left for today? What is your daily goal, and do you eat back exercise cals? Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger - have a glass of water, wait 15 minutes and see if you're still hungry.
If you are truly hungry, it may be that your goal is too low, and you need to increase it.

I save a salad at night just to chew on while I watch a movie and wind down. 1/2 a bag is 30 calories, with 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese is 20 calories, and then the dressing. I love to use salsa as a dressing. Total colonies is right around 85-110 calories if I use 1 tbsp ranch dressing instead of salsa.0

Well I was thinking brownie, but she said low cal.0 -
I like pickles.
You can eat, like, a brazillion pounds of pickled cucumber for ... 57 calories... plus my garden produces 'em by the 5-gallon bucket full virtually for free.
They are truly the mythical "negative calorie food" for me because I have more calories in planting, weeding, tending, harvesting, processing, pickling and storing them -- more calories burned than I'll ever consume from 'em.0 -

ahaha. Is it caramel corn on a brownie? Right up her alley. I'd prefer them separately though.0 -
