For example im on a 1200 calorie diet, I cycle back and for to work which burns around 400 cals & then go to the gym straight after work for around 40 minutes on the weights & burn off 300 cals which is leaving me with nearly 1000 calories for tea! so I have a big tea to try and use them up but just end up feeling like a…

Hi everyone, I had my breakfast & lunch and buned off 413 calories in exercise which now leaves me with 1172 calories left to eat today, is it ok to eat a mcdonals for tea as long as I stay within my calories or will this affect my diet?:sad: Cheers in advance

Hi if I eat 1200 cals a day and burn off 450 cals that takes me down to 750 should i stop there or try and get back up to 1200 and if so what is an acceptable closeness if i dont quite make it? Ps it just seems you would have to eat an awful lot!
