Running Injury
I went for a run last night but since i finished ive had a pain down the outside of my right foot when i walk so at the moment i cant walk properly:sad: has any1 experinced this b4 and whats the best way to stop the pain?

Been really naughty!!!
Ive been dieting and exercising for 5 week and have done really well losing 14lbs in this period but sunday i ate KFC and last night i ate chinese takeout, this is my first slip up but i am so annoyed with myself and feel the last 5 weeks have been a waste:sad:

How many calories in an average Roast Turkey Dinner?
Im just looking for a rough estimate of how many calories it would contain if for instance it contained Turkey, boiled potatos, peas carrots, sweetcorn, roast potatos and a yorkshire pudding with gravy!

Am I being silly?
I have been maintaing 1200 cals per day since monday & exercising in the gym mixing weights and cardio, I know its only been 4 days but I swear my arms are looking more toned and muscular, can this happen or am I just being silly?

Why do I feel like a pig?!
For example im on a 1200 calorie diet, I cycle back and for to work which burns around 400 cals & then go to the gym straight after work for around 40 minutes on the weights & burn off 300 cals which is leaving me with nearly 1000 calories for tea! so I have a big tea to try and use them up but just end up feeling like a…

On the reports for weight loss graph, does it go down on its own or do you have to enter your weight every week & then it drops?

and I can definatley see that I am losing inches around my waiste, I am sticking to the 1200 Cals a day as well is it ok to be seeing a change in the 1st week?

Hi everyone, I had my breakfast & lunch and buned off 413 calories in exercise which now leaves me with 1172 calories left to eat today, is it ok to eat a mcdonals for tea as long as I stay within my calories or will this affect my diet?:sad: Cheers in advance

Net Calories
Hi if I eat 1200 cals a day and burn off 450 cals that takes me down to 750 should i stop there or try and get back up to 1200 and if so what is an acceptable closeness if i dont quite make it? Ps it just seems you would have to eat an awful lot!
