and I can definatley see that I am losing inches around my waiste, I am sticking to the 1200 Cals a day as well is it ok to be seeing a change in the 1st week?

    hey there and welcome!!!

    I think I noticed a change in the first week or two...depends on your body...etc...but I know some folks have lost big pounds during that first week.

    It will unfortunately slow down a bit...but slow and steady is the way to go to maintian....so that's all good!
