Am I being silly?

I have been maintaing 1200 cals per day since monday & exercising in the gym mixing weights and cardio, I know its only been 4 days but I swear my arms are looking more toned and muscular, can this happen or am I just being silly?

    Every little bit helps, so yeah, you could notice a difference. But more than likely you are FEELING better, and that alone can be a huge thing in weightloss. Compared to my almost 40 pound loss now, looking back my first 5 or 10 pound loss wasn't much and probably didn't show much difference, but the difference that I felt was what made me want to continue. Keep up the good work!

    it could happen, particularly if you're noticing the differences immeadiately following a workout. Your muscles will be pumped full of blood and will definitely take on a fuller, firmer appearance.
