I do that all the time. They say you don't have to worry about going alittle over on your protein, so, I don't anymore.
I've asked several times, but still don't understand what they're telling me, about how I've got lots of cals, carbs and fats left, but no proteins, so how am I supposed to "eat my exercise cals"?
Maybe you'll have better luck with an answer than I have.

I always eat WAAAY over my protein. In fact, after talking with a PT he explained that the more protein you eat, the better, and you should try to eat 1g per pound you weigh. Protein burns more calories because it's harder to digest. Just keep in mind that LEAN protein is best - grilled chicken, fish, beans, etc. Hope that helps!

I also always go WAY over my protein. Protein is what makes me feel full...which makes me eat less...so I figure, how can this be bad?
