Im burning around 750 cals aday but im struggling to eat the extra in calories without going over my fat, protein & carbs do you have any tips?

  • I would say fruits and vegetables.

    as far as keeping your carbs on track....

    you can count "net" carbs....

    take the total carb count
    subtract your total fiber count
    that will give you your daily net carbs

    It adds in extra carbs and stuff for you when it adds in extra calories--are you taking that into account? Because I typically have anywhere from 500 to 1600 calories a day to burn from exercise and never go over on carbs or fat.

    I find I end up with lots of extra calories too, but hardly any protein. I just try not to go over "too much" on my protein, and then forget about the extra cals, since if I eat more, I'll go over more on the protein.
