I hold on..YES I admit it...I am a rail holder. I do this because I am the must clumsy person ever.. Once I get into my groove without the rail I get off balance so then I hold on to reassure myself I'm ok. I don't care how it looks, Just as long at I don't fall back on my butt!

I was told the same thing, when I first started this journey I wasn't eating enough making me light headed and tired by 8 o'clock at night. My husband told me to start eating more snacks during the day. Since then I've been loosing what I been wanting.

I weigh myself every morning... but I update it on here every Wednesday.

This made me chuckle! :laugh: I done the same thing when I first done it a few months ago ( we had it on demand). I lost interest in everything but I finally got my mojo back, so yesterday I bought the DVD for days that I don't go to the gym. When I done it the last time I noticed changes!

I pack everyday but I still sit with my co workers who pack. Before I changed my lifestyle I would go out to lunch once a week with a few co workers. Its very tempting when some of them go out but I just tell myself it will pay off not to go lol Good luck !!
