Sounds delicious but I'm rather suspicious of that calorie count... dividing the sugar ALONE into 12 servings works out to 20 calories...

ETA: yeah, just finished putting this in as a recipe - I'm getting about 100 calories per. Still very reasonable for a cheesy, creamy treat!

yep. I'm getting about 100 too, which isn't to bad for a treat. Just don't go crazy and eat 5 thinking that is 100 calories :noway:

    Thanks

I think people put Bump so they can find the thread on their page later easier than looking through the whole site. I used to wonder to.

  • 12 servings

    Nutritional Breakdown per serving
    Calories 20
    Fat 8g
    Cholesterol 37 mg
    Sodium 148 mg
    Carbohydrates 1.8g
    Sugar 1g
    Protein 5g

    8 grams of fat = 72 calories
    2 grams of carb = 8 calories
    5 grams of protein = 20 calories

Total is 100 calories a serving.

You should edit your post b4 ppl makes this recipe and eats all 12 servings thinking they "only" ate 240 calories.

I just saw this in Max sports fitness magazine, when I came home from the gym last night I thought I would share this. I figured the magazine would be right about the nutritional facts. I'm sorry!! I will edit this =)

    These sound great - thanks!

I just bought some Truvia so I'm going to experiment with that. I plugged the recipe into MFP using Truvia instead of sugar and it came out to 52 calories per "bite".
