Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Bites

I came across this recipe in a magazine at the gym. Sounds yummy! Cant wait to try them out!!!

8 oz plain fat free cream cheese
7 oz plain Greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup organic pure cane sugar
1 cup finely sliced strawberries

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Add one spoonful in each small muffin tin. Bake for 25 mins. Let cool for 5 mins before eating

Makes 12 servings

    Sounds delicious but I'm rather suspicious of that calorie count... dividing the sugar ALONE into 12 servings works out to 20 calories...

    ETA: yeah, just finished putting this in as a recipe - I'm getting about 100 calories per. Still very reasonable for a cheesy, creamy treat!

    yep. I'm getting about 100 too, which isn't to bad for a treat. Just don't go crazy and eat 5 thinking that is 100 calories :noway:
