I'm in the same boat. I have decided that I do my strength training ( 30 day ab challenge) before work and I walk at lunch time. and I bicycle at least twice a week. It seems to help me. Everyone is different but we all want the same. You can add me it you would like to be friends.

THANKS EVERYONE!! I am a little shocked myself that everyone is drinking a diet soda and thinks that is an exceptable alternative :( I personally have had that monkey on my back my whole life!! up to a 2 liter a day :( and when I decided to go cold turkey I found other drinks to fulfill that sweet need. coconut water works great

Hia, I have found that packing my lunch is the best thing I can do for myself :) I also sit all day at a desk job. I drive 1 hour to work and 8 hours in a chair and then 1 hour drive home needless to say.
