Can we create support networks among strangers?

Hey! I think it helps to have others cheer you on, be straight with you when you've F'd up and encouraging to get back on that horse. And, personally, I do my best when I am in 'competition' with others to lose weight. I've done the Yo-Yo thing MANY times, but am committed to making my final decent to the ideal weight where I will stay (within 5 lbs). I am, currently, in the 'overweight' range of BMI and headed towards obese (without course correction). I'm sure many of you can relate. And, I am a full-time student of Natural Medicine which focuses, largely, on diet. So, it's motivating but daunting, at the same time. If you want to cheer me on and call me on my *kitten*. I will do the same for you. :-) Bring it on and let's get to our goals together!!!
