  • Wow...you look like a totally different person!!!! Beautiful!! Very inspiring, thank you!
  • Sounds yummy. I just had a taco salad at home, no shell. It just wasn't the same. I guess that "crunch" is satisfying. I'm going to give this a try! Thanks!
  • Im a legal assistant and I love it. Every day is different and at times, it very challenging. You wouldn't believe what people sue for! LOL
  • LOL...must be a new flavor! Hey, if you have to dream, dream about something you like, and apparently its doritos! In the meantime, I'm going to dream about a Hot Fudge Brownie! LOL

  • Welcome! This is great for support and accountability. The food tracker is great, if you are honest! Did you just have lapband on Monday??? Friend me and we can travel this road together.
  • Our little town just opened up "Alpenfest" today. Closed down main street and its all food vendors and crafts. I KNOW where I'll be going for lunch and who can resist the hot Almonds and elephant ears! ARGH. I get shivers just thinking about it!
  • Hi...welcome! Great site for encouragement and to keep track of your intake of calories and output of exercises. I don't keep up with the exercise side of it, but keeping track of my food has allowed me to realize where my pitfalls are. Add me as a friend and we can encourage each other along the way. You'll find this site…

  • Great dream! She wasn't screaming at you, was she????
  • Wow...you are an inspiration! Keep up the awesome journey.
  • I also have a desk job. I've tried working out and taking my couple of mile walks on my lunch hour, but I don't like coming back all hot and sweaty. If you can exercise during your lunch and not do this, it would be great! I feel I can do more and feel better if I exercise early, but don't like the sweaty feeling when I…
  • You are doing so great! There is such a difference in you and you can see it in your face. Great job. Keep it up!
  • I love this sight, mostly for the encouragement you get and it helps me alot to keep track of my food intake. It sets your calories per day and then just putting it down so you can see it helps alot. I try to do the exercise one too, but am not as good at keeping track of that as the food diary. Good luck and welcome!
  • I totally agree with you. Lets put things into perspective. Enjoy it and get back on the wagon tomorrow. We all do it, lets own it.
  • Wow...you look like another person! Totally amazing. Congratulations! You are really an inspiration!
  • You look like a completely different person, and the most noticeable thing...your wonderful smile! Congratulations! Keep you the great work.
  • You have wonderful goals, both spiritually and physically. Remember to keep it that way. I've been on this journey, this time, for a month and a half. Sometimes I slip, but the next day, I get right back on the wagon. Im the heavy one in my family of 11 siblings. I always feel like the "ugly duckling", but am going to do…
  • Good for you! Congratulations!!!!
  • Hey, I'm from nothern Michigan, Gaylord to be exact. This is a great place for motivation and encouragment. We all try and support each other as much as we can. Add me and maybe we can support each other on this life long journey. Its a change of lifestyle, not a diet. Be in it for the long haul, not the short sprint!…
  • This is a wonderful site for support and enouragement. I find keeping track of what I put in my mouth really helps. I'm not a fitness freak, so exercise is hard, but I'm going to try anyway. I think you could easily lose over 200 pounds easily by getting rid of the bum that was so crass and mean to you! Not worth it. Let's…
  • You are only attempting it for the 100th time??? Heck...I'm trying it again for the 500th time. I'm finding that keeping the food log up is very important just to see where the calories are and kind of keeping track. I've set a small goal of 50 lbs and them hopefully, another 30. So come on and enjoy all the support and…
  • This is a wonderful site to get encouragement and be with others who are not judgmental, but fighting the same thing you are. So welcome and enjoy the new friends you'll make!
  • Wow...big diffrence! You can't see it??? YOu have to be kidding me. Your stomach, your face, your butt....you are doing great! Hope I can be a success story someday too! Seeing you is very encouraging.
  • I agree with you. "Normal" people in no way should expect the same results within the same time period. Its fun to watch them change and transform, but in "real life", its a different story and I think you right, at the end of each show, someone should speak the words about the precautions they take on the show and the…
  • Pleased to meet you too! Welcome back. This is a great place for encouragement, that's for sure. Hope to see you here more often!
  • You'll get back down, just take one day at a time. As you know, this is a great place for encouragement.

  • wow...you don't even look like the same person! That gives me motivation to keep going. Thanks and congratulations! Happy Birthday to You!
  • Congrats! Awesome job!
  • Hey, we all have our "off" days. Its especially hard when you are tired and just want to grab something. That day is behind you and today is a new day. We all start off the same in the morning with the magic number of "zero" calories, so just make better choices today. :ohwell:
  • You are so right. I know I've used the "gym" excuse in the past. Just got back from trying the elastic bands and am going to give those a try. You are looking good! Keep it up.
