  • Excellent news for anyone with a roku... They've added a YouTube channel! Now you can skip the downloading process! I also like fitnessblender. They're nice and mellow (and still challenging) and have a huge selection. Some fitness instructor's energy levels are just too intense for my taste.
  • I understand it's not the most effective form of exercise, but nothing improves my mood like a long walk. The fresh air and vitamin d make me happy. And Daryl has yet to include mine in his ear necklace.
  • I feel faint often during HIIT and circuit training and have passed out at the gym ( left me with a lovely facial carpet burn ). :( I've had blood taken and everything came out fine. Most often I make lentil burgers; lentils with couscous, cauliflower, and toasted almonds; and lentils and rice with caramelized onions. I could dig up recipes for any of these if…
  • I bake mine and flavour them sweet and spicy. Slice and toss in a bit of olive oil, garlic, and brown sugar and a good bit of cumin and pepper.
  • I was a financially strapped university student for ages and lost the majority of my weight (~75 lbs) during that time. Almonds aren't cheap, but they're a great snack on the run. I found them cheapest at Sam's Club and Whole Foods (from the bins). The best though are those ones dusted with cocoa. Yum. Up until I moved…
