My diet right now is primarily gluten free and I'm using Pinterest to look up recipes for tons of variety! I love it and am now going on two weeks without having the same meal! My specific diet is called Keto. Look up Keto recipes on Pinterest for gluten free ideas.

Don't be afraid of heading over to lift! I was a cardio queen forever before I ventured into the free weights section of my gym. This was something that I really struggled with in the first week. My protein was too high and fat not enough! It's been a struggle to fit fat into my diet in the amounts required by keto. I'm learning that heavy cream and butter need to be added to everything!
