All sound yummy! I always ask for sauces on the side to control calories. Ask for low calorie options like English muffin no butter (add butter yourself if needed). Salsa goes great with egg whites and cheese if available. Fruit plate with ham or bacon if possible. Happy eating!

I think it is a matter of choice per individual. Alternating with a cardio workout I'm sure is fine. But the commitment and mind set is daily, so as to break old habits ~ just my opinion. :)

All 3 levels of 30 D.S. are on utube. You will need some weights, soup cans for lvl 1, water bottles for lvl 2 & 3.
