  • Congratulations!! That really is fantastic!! My first 5k I thought I was going to die...and it took me 49 minutes.... I am happy to say that I have done about 4 now (2 years time) & I am clocking in at 33 minutes! I am impressed with all of your times...Next goal has to be to get under 30 minutes!

  • Check with your local city recreation center. I was able to meet with a dietician as part of a program I joined at they rec center (gym) I work out at. Also, I think our motivation always has it's "seasons' during the year.....just know that if you stay consistant it will come back.
  • I know the feeling..but truly consistancy is the key. If I go "off" my eating plan and just have a few drinks with friends on the weekend I will not lose any weight. Mind you that is with eating clean and working out 5-6 days a week, but that is my reality. I know if I have a little here or there..the scale will not budge.…
