This is my 1st move it challenge. I will try for 30 miles. I have done 2.5 miles on 10/1, and 3 miles on 10/2.

My podiatrist made me orthotics and mentioned New Balance cross trainers. I am not a runner, but they had more support then cheap store ones.

Need motivation. Going backwards. Was at the dr. the end of Feb. and went back again last Friday. Gained 2 pounds when should have been down about 10.

I am in the same boat. Anti-depressents over the years, and losing my job, I packed on the pounds. My husband found when he craves sweets, to have fruit (berries) in yogurt.
