I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this but.......I myself am guilty of hitting the fast food places quite regularly. I don't complain, except to myself...because the main reason I even go through a drive-thru is because I've either spent the entire day running to doctor appts or spending the whole day at the hospital…

Welcome to MFP! I've been a member for a few months now, but just started to actually be accountable for my diet and exercise for the past 2 weeks. I'm noticing a major difference in how I eat, exercise and feel! I love this site and I hope that you will too. :)
