I know this is way later, but did you come to the conclusion in general that a bowl is 12oz and a cup is 8? Thinking about this in general terms to avoid calculating calories every time

Last time I got in excellent shape was rooted around a 1 hour dog walk everyday. I think I lost 15-20 pounds over a few months just by doing that and eating decently. Keep it up!

Thanks, I made it in today! And worked hard but ugh did chips and pizza for dinner after nothing but coffee all day, so overall not a great day. But ended the nite with a workout so will try to keep this thing rolling. Good luck to you as well, let's make into fall in great shape!

I find the only way that works is avoidance. I do the whole work out and save up Cals trick, and I end up putting myself in a small area full of aroma when I'm Cal deficient and extremely hungry.
