Getting into the swing of things again

Ive lost quite a "chunk" of weight and fell off the wagon. But 11 days ago and counting I've got back into the swing of things again.
I'm quite physically active at work, lots of walking, going up and down stairs, lifting heavy stuff. So that helps.
I've always been a "heavy or bug" guy my entire life. I'm not wanting to be a fitness buff or anything, just get healthier. Going on some walks with my wife on days it's not hot af outside helps.
Just doing what I can when I can, support and helpful comments are helpful.

Last time I got in excellent shape was rooted around a 1 hour dog walk everyday. I think I lost 15-20 pounds over a few months just by doing that and eating decently. Keep it up!0
