starter for the day, fritter at work. Ughhh. Then davannis hoagie at lunch. Ughhhh. Then 3 servings of tortilla chips for dinner. Ughhh. Worked out hard with squats and deadlifts though kinda a saver. Gotta avoid these pressures.

I lost 30 lbs over just about two months by running for 30 mins and lifting weights for 30 mins each day and sticking to my calorie goal.
