Try not to think of it as a diet, but a lifestyle change. DON'T go cold turkey on everything you love....remember that moderation is the key. Take things one choice at a time, rejoice in the good choices, and get over the bad choices without beating yourself up.

Try as hard as you can to stay on your track. State your plans "out loud" to someone close to you AND your mfp network so you have some accountability. I'm doing exactly this, this weekend because I tend to slip on the weekends....BADLY!!!!

How about a slow cooker/crock pot? Throw frozen chicken breasts in it in the morning, along with salsa. When you get home stir it up to get the chicken all "fall aparty" and add a little fat free sour cream. Put about 1tsp sesame oil in a cake pan, add minced garlic (1/2 - 1 cup) and soy sauce (2-3 cups). Marinate fresh asparagus in it for 1/2 hour or so and throw the asparagus on the barbie. YYYUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMYYY!! :bigsmile:

I did try it, and it made no difference. You have to eat a low fat diet to avoid horrible side effects, so the only thing the pill is doing is keeping you honest with regards to fat consumption. :blushing:

HAH!!! I totally did the same thing...my breakfast is 222 calorie fat free sugar free mocha, but when I saw the word bacon, I couldn't click on it fast enough. :love:

Trick yourself into getting a little exercise by doing things like parking in the "boondocks" parking spot, taking stairs instead of the elevator, walking the dog and throwing a ball for him/her, or other little activities that your body doesn't realize are exercise. :wink:
