Get some of those sugar free chocolate candies (Hershey makes some) and you will have a built in limit, because more than two will have you RUNNING NOT JOGGING to the restroom. Fantastic limit built in to those little yummy buggars. :sad:

10 pounds in a month is possible, but do it by eating right (not crash dieting) and exercising. If you crash diet and stay way under your calories, you my get the weight off, but it's coming RIGHT back. Early happy birthday and best of luck to you.

I see sweet potatoes on your list, I lightly spray Pam on a cookie sheet and bake wedges of them for sweet potatoe joe joes (very lightly salted with sea salt). YYYUUUUMMMMMMMMMYYY!!! :bigsmile:

Check out Skinny Cow products; I manage to save room in my 1200 calorie count for one of the 100-150 calorie treats most days. They ROCK......totally feels like cheating but low :bigsmile: in calories.

Water is very hard on an empty stomach, try some flavored Propel or something and drink it when you're eating. If you can't get enough calories, lay off the exercise. Only increase your exercise slowly as you add calories. Sounds like your body is in starvation mode and it'll store fat and feed off muscle until you bring…
