Hi everyone, my name is Janie,... so i have had this fitnesspal application on my phone for maybe 2 weeks but i havent really paid attention to it, I have been looking through this and it is amazing, i have read many stories and even saw some pictures, i was amazed as to how fast someone can lose weight with eating healthy and exercise. Anyway, i am here to track my food intake, excersice too and i want to get help to lose weight, Does anyone know if its possible to lose 10 this month? My bday is june 22 and i want to look good for once in my bday. Last year I looked at my bday pictures and i look horrible, I gained about 50 lbs in less than a year :embarassed: , so now i want to lose at least 40 lbs from now to december. Thanks everyone....

    10 pounds in a month is possible, but do it by eating right (not crash dieting) and exercising. If you crash diet and stay way under your calories, you my get the weight off, but it's coming RIGHT back. Early happy birthday and best of luck to you.

    Thank You :) and i love to jog the only thing is the eating habbits. I crave too many sweets and i cannot keep up with a healthy diet.

    Get some of those sugar free chocolate candies (Hershey makes some) and you will have a built in limit, because more than two will have you RUNNING NOT JOGGING to the restroom. Fantastic limit built in to those little yummy buggars. :sad:
