I plan on getting back on track with working out this week. I've been sick this past week and haven't really felt up to it. It has also affected my appetite, so I haven't really missed the extra calories. I'm sure I'm going to want those back as soon as get to feeling a little better though.

I have 80 to lose and I also feel overwhelmed by the number. So I make mini goals...17 pounds to be pre-pregnancy #2...another 10 pounds to be pre-pregnancy #1...another 10 pounds to fit into my wedding dress...etc, etc. Good luck!

I don't care much for water either. I drink Fuze. It's water naturally sweetened with fruit juice. I think it's like 5 or 10 calories a serving.

I'm reading Dr. Oz's book and he suggests eating a high fiber breakfast and you will feel more satisfied throughout the day. I tried it today and I have to say, so far so good!

Your body only sees the food as fuel. All that matters is that you get a variety of nutrients through-out the day. It really doesn't matter where they come from.
