I'd love to but I'm limited in what I can do right now. I sprained my ankle last month in a mud run and am still in a boot :/ Pushups and abs and a few leg lifts is all I can do at the moment lol

One thing someone told me, which I don't know why I didn't think of this. Is to do smaller moves. The BIGGEST problem I had was I'm all or nothing. I do it all the way and do it to the best of my ability. And then I cant move for the next 3 or 4 days LOL. So my biggest problem was the lunges. So I modified them and did…

I started level two last week. I found a few things harder but some from level one harder than level two. The BIGGEST thing that kicks my butt are the squats where we do the V lifts with our arms. OMGSH!!! That kills my arms LOL.

I'm in!! I just went to level 2 last week but kind of slacked this week. I'll start back up and alternate with you guys on Monday. i have been taking measurements and see a few inches lost :) I didn't do pics yet but I will. Hope everyone the best. It really is kick butt good :) Hard but love it!!

That's about what I'm doing now. I started two weeks ago and did it 3 or 4xs a week while running a few days. This past week I kind of slacked tho LOL. But I'm on week 3 going into level 2. I'd love to still hop in with you guys though.

Thats pretty interesting. Do you just map a route from the miles that you did on your stationary? I never thought of that. I have a fan bike as well but it's very...manual...I guess I could say. Takes more work than at a gym but I guess that's a good thing haha

Oh my gosh that's a lot :p I just updated my goals to run (jog) 250 miles (or more) for 2012 LOL. I don't want to join and not be able to do it (i have 3 kids LOL). I know going every day is hard for me. But I think that's an AWESOME goal!!

I'm going to really try lol. I may not do it Mon-Fri but I will get in 5days a week to do the 30 in 40. I pulled a muscle in my neck last week so haven't started back up. Not sure if it was doing the dvd or just sleeping on it wrong (probably just sleeping on it wrong. But I'm going to start up again.

I'll come along with you guys. I walk/run during the week as well. So adding Leslie Sansone (I have the walk your belly flat also) will be good for mileage. I am going to shoot for 40 miles since I know I'm doing 8 a week just right off the bad lol.

So I missed day 4 yesterday. Was babysitting all day so couldn't do it then. Car troubles and then my brother in law decided he wanted to use the main tv all night. Really? Of all the inopportune times lol. I'll be back today though :)
