Hello! My name is Lisa, 38 years old married with 2 kids. I'm right now at my biggest and have started walking last week. A friend of mine told me about this site, so I figured what's it going to hurt....especially since it's free. I have lost 20 lbs before, but always end up putting it back on. I lost weight while nursing my son, but put the weight back on plus more. In high school I was known as aerobic/workout freak. I have tried many times to get back into that rhythm, but have gotten lazy. A couple of years ago I injured my knee and has not been the same since. I am unable to squat, kneel or run. Now I walk and try other workouts that doesn't consist of too much knee movement.

I'm looking to meet new friends and inspiration. I like to be able to keep positive people in my life, and dump all negativity. My family is very supportive with I choose to do and back me up 100%. I know I can do it, as long as I keep my head in the game!

Hi I am Kimi, 42 with 4 kids, work fulltime, started this journey a little over a month ago and the encouragement and support is crucial. You are more than welcome to add me. If you have access to a pool water is low impact on the joints
