I need help with this as well. I snack throughout the day, my stomach starts to growl and it's embarrassing. I have started carrying nutritious snacks; apples, grapes, pretzels, granola bars to help me. I'm beginning to consider an appetite suppressant.

Thank you, I'm currently doing Zumba, Just Dance, Walk/Jog, and Body Pump. I've noticed a huge difference with everything except my core. I will try to work in more core exercises.

I have an 80 pound overall goal. What helped me was to break this goal down into increments. I began this journey weighing 242.5 pounds the most I've ever weighed in my life...that was 6 months ago; and a lot of work on my part. I go to the gym now religiously...having a great class with supportive instructors has helped…

I work out a little more, if I know there is something high-calorie that I plan on eating. My struggle continues to be snacking, but I do my best not to use all the calories that I've earned through exercising. Hope this helps:flowerforyou:

I love that it's my time! I do Zumba, Just Dance and Abs! I haven't lost as much as weight as I had hoped, but I love how baggy my clothes are becoming! Yeah! Yeah! :laugh:
